Do candidates ever pay a fee to be placed?
No. Personnel Kafeel Management does not charge candidates a placement fee at any stage of the process, in line with ethical recruitment standards.
What skill levels do you recruit for?
All of them — from general and daily-wage labour through skilled trades, engineers, IT/developers, and supervisors.
Will I see my contract before I travel?
Yes. Every contract is disclosed in full before anyone travels — that's a firm rule we don't make exceptions to.
What happens after I arrive at my job?
A support contact line stays open for candidates after arrival, so you're not on your own once you've landed.
How do I apply for an open role?
Browse current openings and apply directly, or register your interest even if you don't see your exact trade — most roles fill from our existing network before they're ever posted.

Which countries do you place candidates into?
Primarily the Gulf Cooperation Council (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), Türkiye, and increasingly the European Union. See our destinations for details on each.
How long does the process take for employers?
Typically 6–8 weeks from role scoping to candidate arrival, depending on destination-country visa processing.
Can you staff an entire project team, not just individual roles?
Yes — from a single supervisor to a full multi-trade crew, we can resource the whole team for a single contract.
How do you screen candidates before putting them forward?
Skills tests, background checks, and structured interviews, matched against the specific role you're hiring for.
How do I verify you're a licensed agency?
